AISS Training facilitators and trainers bring a wealth of collective experience; spanning corporate training, communication skills, sales, management and customer service programs.

All business and certificate trainers have their Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment qualifications.

Bruce Hughes

Bruce has worked with the full range of small, medium and large private companies and corporations, financial institutions, retail, local, state and federal governments, elite sportspeople, and professional services firms (lawyers, accountants, bankers).

He has assisted thousands of people in dozens of organizations since he began training in 1992 and continues to be inspired by the capacity people have, once given the right conditions, to refresh their thinking, and to change their behavior.

He has worked in all the capital cities of Australia, and internationally in USA, Germany, UK, Lebanon, Slovakia, India, China, Singapore, New Zealand, and Malaysia.

He helps people prepare for presentations, deal with difficult conversations, become more fully present, and to communicate clearly, confidently and concisely.

Sharon Bard

Sharon has a wealth of experience in delivering soft skills training. Her communication style is dynamic, informative and engaging. Having spent the last 21 years living and growing a business in South Africa, she brings an international understanding of human relationships, dynamics and communication.

Having grown a successful business in South Africa, Sharon has returned to Australia to be one of our lead trainers and is passionate about imparting great skills to others through her training.

Bernadette Schwerdt (pronounced Shhhwerdt)

Bernadette is the founder and Managing Director of the Australian School of Copywriting. Her company specialises in training people in the art of writing words that sell. Her copywriting clients have included Apple, Telstra, The Property Council of Australia, Consumer Affairs, Red Cross and many more.In addition to her copywriting work, some of her previous positions include:

  • Being the marketing reporter for Channel Nine’s The Small Business Show
  • A celebrity publicist with HMMG (formerly Harry M Miller Group) managing clients such as Gough Whitlam, Maggie Tabberer and Lindy Chamberlain.
  • She also moonlights as an actress and appeared opposite Guy Pearce in the movie Jack Irish on the ABC.

Anthony Bonnici

Antony

Anthony is a charismatic, dynamic & super energetic presenter who will leave your audience begging for more.Anthony has 13 years experience in corporate Australia in sales, marketing & people management roles. In addition to face to face selling for 4 years, Anthony turned “middle of the road” sales teams into high performing teams as well as looking after marketing teams with brands worth over $150 million.

In 2005 Anthony left the corporate life to follow his dream of creating his own company to inspire and motivate others. He is at ease speaking to any audience, from truck drivers to CEOs. Anthony is a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and has been “on stage” & performing since the age of 10.

Anthony’s use of real life examples with which all audience levels can identify makes his sessions unpretentious yet incredibly powerful & memorable.
