With the Anti-Discrimination and Human Rights Legislation Amendment (Respect at Work) Bill 2022 coming to effect on the 6th March 2023, all organisations now need to ensure that their workplaces are complying with the new legislation. A big part of compliance is ensuring soft skills training for all team members to understand their rights and responsibilities under the new Act.
